He will also send you email notifications on new listings. His website also has a mortgage calculator so you can get an idea of where your buying price range is. Al got me approved for my loan right away so I knew my price range to view homes. Also my loan approval was very important when bidding on homes because the evidence of my loan approval made my bid stronger.
